Hijabis At Work considers the protection of the data and privacy of its customers, applicants and potential candidates very important and, in line with this, the following privacy policy has been drawn up. 

Current privacy policy has been prepared in accordance with GDPR legislation or Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament.

  • Data related to the professional activity (i.e. CV, motivation letter, diplomas, …)
  • Electronic identification data (i.e. cookies)

On the other hand, Hijabis At Work also collects public data (i.e. Belgian Official Gazette, Crossroads Bank for Enterprises, data made public by employers, applicants and potential candidates themselves).

V. Data retention period

Hijabis At Work only keeps the personal data during the period necessary to fulfil the objectives as described in the Privacy Policy under “Objectives”.

If a longer retention period is justified by law or by compliance with another legal obligation, Hijabis At Work may retain the data for a longer period.
